Terms & conditions

All participants must be aware of this and accept the risks associated with these activities. Personal Accident and cancellation Insurance is highly recommended. 

Prestige Boot Camp Limited known hereafter referred to as PBC accepts bookings subject to the following conditions:

1. Interpretation and Definitions

1.1       In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:
“Booking” - A Booking made by the client with PBC as set out on the Booking Form.
“Booking Form” - The Booking Form produced by PBC to be completed by the Client upon making a Booking.
“Contract” - The contract between the Client and PBC under which the Services are to be provided by PBC to the Client.
“Client" - The person, firm or company who makes a Booking with PBC. All individuals to whom the Services are provided by PBC must be a min age of 18.
“Deposit” - An amount equal to 30% of the Fee.
“Fee” - The amount payable to PBC under the Contract.
“Force Majeure” - Any act, event, omission or accident beyond PBC’s reasonable control including but not limited to Act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage, compliance with any law or government order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, fire, flood, storm, adverse weather, default of suppliers or subcontractors, strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes, failure of a utility service or transport network.
“Major Change” -  A change in the date, location or over 80% of the content of the Service.
“PBC” - Prestige Boot Camp Limited.
“Recordings” - Photographs, videos or any other visual recordings taken of the Clients during the provision of the Services.
“Services” - The activities and services provided by PBC to the Client under the terms of the Contract and “Service” shall be construed accordingly.
1.2       Wording importing the singular meaning shall include the plural meaning and vice versa.
1.3       All wording within the booking conditions is generalised and reference to any gender includes the other genders.
1.4       The headings in these Conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.

2. Acceptance

2.1       A contract for the Services is made between PBC and the Client on the issue of written confirmation of booking by PBC.
2.2       The Contract is subject to these booking conditions which the Client has been deemed to have read and fully understood. These booking conditions can only be varied by written agreement between PBC and the Client.
2.3       No verbal representations made by PBC shall be relied upon by the Client.

3. Booking

3.1       To place a booking, PBC require a completed Booking Form together with the deposit fee. If a booking is made by telephone, email or facsimile then the Client shall be deemed to have read and fully understood these conditions and signed the declaration on the Booking Form. All bookings are provisional and are only confirmed once the deposit has cleared in PBC’s bank account.
3.2       PBC reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion.

4. Fee and Payment Terms

4.1       The fee payable at the time of booking shall include the planning, organising and delivery of the proposed Services
4.2       Upon the successful payment of the Deposit by the Client, a contract is formed for the agreed programme to be delivered. If the Client wishes to alter any aspect of the programme additional reasonable costs may be levied by PBC at their discretion.
4.3       The balance of the fee is payable six weeks before commencement of the course unless agreed otherwise on confirmation of booking. In the event the balance is not paid, PBC will have the discretion to treat the booking as cancelled by the client and re-sell the course place. The deposit paid by the Client will be retained by PBC.
4.4       The whole course fee is required to secure a place for any booking made within six weeks of the commencement of the course.

5. Responsibilities of the Client

5.1       The Fee does not include travel to and from the site / location at which the proposed Services shall be provided and this shall be the sole responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing by PBC.
5.2       The Client is responsible for their own personal medical requirements, clothing and footwear for the duration of the Services unless otherwise agreed in writing with PBC.
5.3       It is the Client’s responsibility to inform PBC in writing of any health issues that may make them unsuitable to participate in the Services agreed. Failure to disclose any such information may result in PBC terminating the Contract and withdrawing the Client from the Services without refund, notwithstanding condition 8.

6. Variations and amendments

6.1       PBC reserves the right to change any price or other particulars of the Services before the contract becomes binding.
6.2       If there is a “Major Change” PBC shall notify the Client forthwith. PBC shall seek to offer the Client arrangements as close to the original as is reasonably possible in the circumstances; an alternative date; or a full refund.
6.3       If there is any other change other than a “Major Change” PBC is not obliged to inform the Client in advance or obliged to pay any compensation.

7. Cancellations by the Client

If the client wishes to cancel the Contract they must advise PBC in writing as soon as reasonably possible. Any cancellation of the Contract will be subject to the following cancellation charges. For the avoidance of doubt the cancellation charges are based on the number of days before the arrival date of the Services:

More than 16 weeks             30% of the fee

8. Cancellations by PBC

PBC will always endeavour to fulfil confirmed bookings however PBC do reserve the right to cancel. If PBC cancels a booking prior to the commencement of the Services the Client will be offered an alternative date; or a full refund.

9. Assignment

9.1       The Contract maybe assigned by the Client to a third party subject at all times to condition.
9.2       The client is unable to assign or transfer the Contract to a third party without the prior written consent of PBC. If the client wishes to assign their contract, he or she must give notice in writing providing the full name and address and contact details of the third party. PBC shall then advise in writing as to whether it consents to the assignment as soon as reasonably practicable. PBC reserves the right to refuse an assignment to a third party at any time without reason. If subsequently a client has to cancel due to PBC refusing the assignment to a third party then the cancellation charges in condition 7 shall apply.
9.3       PBC may assign or sub-contract to any third party the performance of any of its obligations under the Contract without consent of the Client.

10. Services

10.1     PBC reserves the right to alter the content of the Services at any time without notice to the Client due to certain factors including but not limited to the weather and physical fitness of the Clients.
10.2     Any information on our Services published by PBC for its literature and website is designed for illustrative purposes only.
10.3     If the Client elects not to participate in any part of the Services being provided PBC has no obligation to provide an alternative activity or service and the Client will not be entitled to a refund.
10.4     If PBC believes a Clients health or safety is at risk or a Client has failed to disclose any relevant health information in accordance with condition 5.3 PBC may at its absolute discretion make decisions affecting the Clients and where necessary may terminate the Contract immediately without refund.
10.5     The client must refrain from any illegal act or any conduct which may give offence or cause danger or damage to any person or property. If PBC or any of its staff, consultants or agents, become aware of any such action then PBC or any of its suppliers may at their absolute discretion have the Client immediately removed from any property or facility without refund. PBC will have no liability to the Client in such circumstances.

11. Complaints

If there is a problem during the Services, the Client must report it in the first instance to the PBC course manager or instructor. If it is still unresolved then the issue should be reported immediately to a Director of PBC so all efforts can be made to resolve the problem promptly and effectively. In the unlikely event that the problem cannot be resolved and the Client wishes to make a complaint then the Client must notify PBC in writing giving full details within 28 days of the end of the Services. Failure to service notice of the complaint in accordance with the above will preclude the Client from being entitled to take any further action against PBC.

12. Liability

12.1     None of the exclusions and limitations in these conditions are intended to limit any rights the Client may have under statute or common law which may not be excluded; nor in any way to exclude or limit liability to the Client for personal injury or death resulting from PBC’s negligence or that of its employees or agents; or for any liability incurred as a result of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by PBC.
12.2     The Client understands that attending any activity or service provided by PBC involves some level of risk. These risks include but are not limited to physical injury or even death. By attending any activity or service provided by PBC the Client agrees to assume these risks and agrees to release and discharge PBC and its directors, employees and agents from any and all claims for liability.
12.3     Neither PBC nor any of its directors, employees or agents will be liable for any loss or damage to any personal property or vehicle belonging to the Client during the Services.

13. Media

13.1     PBC reserve the right to take any recordings of the Client during the Services and the Client accepts that all rights whatsoever arising in the recordings shall be solely owned by PBC.
13.2     The Client accepts and agrees that any recordings may be used by PBC at its absolute discretion in any manner including but not limited to  its website, promotional material and advertisements.

14. Copyright

PBC reserves all copyright which may subsist in the products of, or in connection with, the provision of the all activities, services or facilities. PBC reserves the right to take such actions as may be appropriate to restrain or prevent infringement of such copyright.

15. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English and Welsh law and the parties shall submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.

Who we are

Better Body Box is a service brought to you by Balance Box & The Pure Package Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales under no. 04907211 with our registered office at Arch 39-40, New Covent Garden Market, London SW8 5PP. By subscribing to use our service, a binding contract will be formed between us and the person identified as the client in the order process.

How to Order

Placing your order could not be easier. All you need to do is sign up through our website “Start now” area. We will ask you to provide some personal information such as your height and weight, delivery and billing information to assist us to provide our service to you.

Please see below for how we will take payment at the time you subscribe and, if applicable, on an ongoing basis.

Once we have received payment, we will review your details promptly and confirm acceptance of your order. Please note that until the order is confirmed back to you, it is not binding (even where you have received payment confirmation from Sage Pay) and in certain circumstances we may need to cancel your order at that stage by refunding the whole amount paid. NB: We reserve the right to refuse orders from customers at our discretion.

Your Better Body Box Menu Plan

There are two options to choose from: our Lean Body Plan at about 1200 calories per day or our Better Body Plan at about 1800 calories per day. We will do our best to review your personal information before you start to help ensure you have chosen the correct menu plan and will advise where necessary. Our Starter information sets out what you should expect from your Better Body Box. We aim to provide nutritionally-balanced food boxes designed for weight loss and healthy eating. Better Body Box comprises of deliveries on Monday / Tuesday and/or Friday depending on which type of Better Body Box you have chosen and where you live.  (Weekday, Weekend or both boxes for our London clients (this includes all postcodes falling within the M25 motorway plus a select few around it including: GU25, SL4, SL5 and KT16) are delivered on a Monday and/or Friday or for our nationwide clients our 3 day, 4 day or both boxes are delivered on a Tuesday and/or Friday).

Nutritional Advice

The Better Body Box menus are designed by the team of experts at The Pure Package. If you have any questions about the nutritional aspects of this service, please let us know immediately and we shall be happy to discuss these with you. Any nutritional advice is only general and must not be relied upon as being specific health advice.

We aim to ensure that our menus are delicious and interesting. Because the Better Body Box is a standardised menu, however, we cannot offer you any tailored dietary choices and we reserve the right to make any changes to the menus at our sole discretion. In particular, currently we are unable to deliver to those who suffer from food allergies or diabetics who are insulin dependent.

The meals are designed to be nutritionally-balanced, but specific health or dietary objectives or benefits from subscribing to Better Body Box cannot be guaranteed.

If you are in any doubt about your health, you must see your own nutritionist or doctor as soon as possible.


We accept Visa debit & credit cards, Master Card and Switch. We do not accept Amex.

For one-off Better Body Box purchases, we will take payment for the full amount due when you submit your order. For subscriptions, we will take an initial payment to cover the first 4 weeks of your subscription.   When you subscribe we shall take a regular repeat payment on the Monday before your last week's box i.e. a full week in advance unless you want to end your subscription (you will need to let us know if this is the case in advance).

Payment details must be received through the online secure payment solution provider SAGE PAY via our website or by telephoning our office. We reserve the right to amend or refuse the sale, if the payment received is not correct to our current pricing structure. For ongoing subscribers, we will assume you want our deliveries to continue until you tell us otherwise.

Please note that prices may alter, and that we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice by amending our advertised price list. For ongoing subscribers, the new prices will only be implemented 28 days after we have notified you by email.

Any late payments will incur interest at the rate of 8% per annum above the base rate of the Bank of England in force from time to time from the due date until the date of payments after as well as before judgment. You may not withhold payment of any invoice or other amount due to us by reason of any right of set off or counterclaim which you may have or allege to have for any reason whatever.


Better Body Box deliver throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

We will be glad to arrange for delivery to an address different to the invoice address. Please indicate clearly the delivery address when placing your order.

If you require us to access secure parts of your home or building in order to deliver your Better Body Box, please notify us of this at the time of placing your order. We will liaise with you in order to obtain keys, passes or codes before your first delivery and we will of course take special care over your property and access details. Please keep us up to date with any changes that might affect our ability to deliver to you. If we cannot access your building because of changes that we have not been notified of, we will attempt to contact you to make other arrangements. If we are unable to deliver in such circumstances, we reserve the right to charge you for that delivery. Please contact us at the end of your subscription to arrange for your keys or passes to be returned if you do not wish to continue with Better Body Box at a later date.

We will deliver your Better Body Box to you as per your request / subscription. For clients living in London (this includes all postcodes falling within the M25 motorway plus a select few around it including: GU25, SL4, SL5 and KT16) we will deliver between the hours of 12am and 7am. For clients living outside of these areas, we will deliver between 8am and 10am. Time for delivery shall not be the essence of our contract.

Due to circumstances beyond control, sometimes our couriers experience unavoidable delays. In these circumstances we respectfully request that you allow until 12pm for receipt of your Better Body Box. In the event that delivery still has not been made or attempted by 12pm on delivery days, we will make a full refund for that delivery. We shall not be liable for any non-delivery, even if it is our fault, unless you notify us by telephone by 1pm on the due day. Any liability for non-delivery shall be limited to replacing your Balance Box within a reasonable time or issuing a credit note to you for that day.


Chilled products are packaged in specially designed insulated boxes containing ice or gel packs to maintain the required temperature. Frozen and chilled products should be put in freezers and refrigerators respectively upon receipt. Cooking and re-heating instructions must be followed closely. Make sure that re-heated food is piping hot throughout.

The Better Body Box Guarantee

It is our intention to give total customer satisfaction through the goods and services we offer. Your Better Body Box should reach you in perfect condition. If you have reason to suspect that a product is somehow damaged, unfit for human consumption or is incomplete, please contact us immediately. We shall endeavour to give you an appropriate refund where possible at our discretion. If you do not let us know by 1pm on the delivery day of any such problems, we may not be able to refund the item and you will be deemed as having accepted Better Body Box meals in that delivery, unless we agree otherwise.


Theft or suspected theft of Better Body Box from the delivery address shall not be deemed as the fault of either the courier or Better Body Box. Please let us know immediately if you have reason to suspect that your Better Body Box has been stolen from the delivery address. We shall liaise with you to make alternative arrangements if there is a risk that the theft will happen again, which may mean making alternative delivery arrangements. In the meantime, we reserve the right to suspend your subscription until new arrangements have been finalised or to cancel the remaining subscription, but if we cancel we will refund to you the fees already paid for any cancelled part of your subscription period.

Ownership of Boxes & Icepacks

We care about the world we live in! In your next delivery we will pick up all boxes and icepacks left out in the designated delivery spot if you live in London. We will either reuse or recycle them for you.

Subscription Periods, Suspension & Cancellation

If you wish to cancel or suspend your subscription, please let us know as soon as possible. Please email hello@betterbodybox.co.uk.  The minimum term for a subscription is four weeks.

You can cancel your ongoing Better Body Box subscription at any time after the minimum term (4 weeks) as long as you tell us before we are due to take the 4 week subscription payment. Cancellation may be delayed by a week where we receive your request later than this.

If you notify us at least five full days before your subscription was due to start, we will cancel your subscription and refund you the full amount paid by you less a 5% administration charge to cover credit card charges and our internal administration costs.

For requests to cancel your subscription after the notice period, once deliveries have been scheduled to start, we will endeavour to be flexible and consider your request at our discretion, giving a maximum 50% refund for boxes not yet taken. Where ingredients have already been purchased or other expenditure incurred (such as credit card, banking, administration or courier charges), we reserve the right to make reasonable allowance for this in any rebate that we may agree to make.

Warranties and Liability

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall:

  • Exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation; or
  • Affect your statutory rights if you are transacting as a consumer.

Subject to the above paragraph, our entire liability shall be capped at the sums paid by you for our service during the relevant subscription period. In no event shall we be held liable to you for any special, indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or goodwill.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to make changes at any time to any part of these terms and conditions. All such changes will be published on the website and/or shall be sent to you by post or with your Better Body Box deliveries. If you use our website or place any order with us after the changes have been published, you are agreeing to be bound by those changes in respect of that order.

Use of the Website and our Publications

Unauthorised duplication or publication of any materials from our website or elsewhere is prohibited.

Unauthorised duplication or publication of any other materials including but not limited to starter information, worksheets, recipes, brochures, text, graphics, newsletters, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software is prohibited.

You may retrieve and display content from our website on a computer screen and print out individual pages on paper for the sole purpose of placing an order with us or using information for your private, non-commercial purposes in connection with your normal use of our products and services, but all other uses are strictly prohibited except with prior written permission from us. You acknowledge that Better Body Box is our trade mark and that you may not use the name.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise out of, under, or in connection with the use of the Website and the purchase of goods from us, and to submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

General Provisions

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms and conditions due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including industrial action.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any previous agreement or understanding and may not be varied except in writing between us. All other terms and conditions express or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The waiver by us of any breach or default of these conditions shall not be construed as a continued waiver of that breach, nor as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

If any provision of these conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.

Better Body Box Offers & Vouchers
